IT'S NEVER LATE TO FOCUS ON YOUR HEALTH
What happens when you work in the IT industry for 20 years, with high stress, poor eating habits and no exercise regime a part of your daily life?
Most probably, you gain a lot of weight, high cholesterol and diabetes! At least that's what happened with Harit.
"I was in denial of healthier food choices, fitness regimes, proper nutrition and was unable to manage sleep and stress", says Harit. Thankfully, being a part of the Wellness Quotient community, I had several of my friends from whom I could source inspiration and guidance.
I lost 17kgs in 3 months and also reduced my cholesterol. My HbA1c readings came from 8 to 6.
Today Harit smiles when he says, "I am happier, I sleep better and I am thankful to the community to have helped me develop good habits during this transformation. Feeling stronger, younger and energetic than ever before! Together is easy!"
