As we celebrate the Festival of Lights, let’s remember that not every light we see is external. ✨
Some of the most important lamps are the ones we ignite within — hope, calm, kindness, and emotional strength.

While Diwali brings joy, connection, and festivity, it can also bring exhaustion, overstimulation, comparison, and emotional overwhelm.
Not everyone feels festive — and that’s okay. 🌿

Take a moment to pause.
