This patient underwent 23 gauge pars plana vitrectomy with ILM peeling with Autologous ILM plug with SF6 gas injection

Screening of retina is very important for especially all diabetic and hypertensive patients since the patients may not have any symptoms sometimes even upto severe to late stages, which un turn reduces the chances of improvement even after retinal treatment.

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the leading causes of visual loss and blindness in diabetic population. Screening for diabetic retinopathy can help early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of the retinopathy and help in providing a better visual prognosis to these patients.
This camp is a humble endeavor to try and reach as many diabetic patients for the diabetic retinopathy screening and help us do the needful.

It feels so great and highly rewarding when a one-eyed patient walks into your clinic with a Finger counting vision and then post surgery Day 1 has a perfect vision of 6/6. And it feels more blissful when the patient and his wife says that you made their life and have joyful tears in their eyes.
I am grateful to Almighty to help me make a difference in peoples lives through their eyes!

Once again humbled and overwhelmed to share that I operated the other eye of my father ( Femtosecond laser assisted Cataract surgery) and feel grateful to almighty to have been able to make a difference in his life through his eyes and lead him to a spectacle free life.
Thank you Papa for always having complete faith in my abilities.
