The Nasolabial flap is a simple method of reconstruction of Buccal mucosa defects, especially after OSMF surgeries.
Being used by Maxillofacial Surgery Pune since the last 22 years, the current modification has been used to treat nearly 135 Oral Submucous Fibrosis patients in our practice!
It has a short learning curve and predictable success rate, which makes it our first line of defence!
