I have been using the Hernia Repair Kit for about one month now. I must admit, it has allowed me to work and maintain a normal life. There was a day I missed in taking the formula and during that day, the hernia grew and I experienced some minor pain, returned to taking the formula the next day, no pain, swelling and size had decreased quite rapidly. Thus, I definitely believe in this product and have just ordered more for the second month. The service from Grocare has been phenomenal.
