The other day I told one of the ladies in my batch that we will be doing resistance training and here she goes with all the questions:
1) I don't want to make my muscles bulky with this
2) I don't have any equipment for lifting
3) Will I lose weight with strength training?

So bursting these myths is my favourite thing these days!!

-Resistance training in any form(body weight, dumbbells, weights, bands, gravity) wont make you bulkier but instead help you in improving strength, stamina, balance and posture!!
-It will additionally help reduce stress & help you get better sleep
-strength training is one of the best ways to lose fat and aid in weight loss

So why wait when you can lift weight!!
