Signs of Social Anxiety:

1. Fear of being judged by others

2. Avoiding social events or public speaking

3. Difficulty making eye contact

4. Fast heartbeat or sweating in social settings

5. Overthinking after conversations

6. Intense self-consciousness

7. Struggling to start or hold conversations

How to Cope with Social Anxiety:

1. Challenge Negative Thoughts

Below are some common negative thoughts and their impacts:

1. "I can't do this."
- This thought shuts down possibilities and discourages effort.

2. "I'm just not good enough."
- This belief undermines self-worth and leads to a lack of confidence.

3. "What if I fail?"
- Fear of failure prevents us from taking risks and trying new things.

4. "I'm too old/young to learn this."
- This mindset imposes unnecessary limits based on age, blocking new opportunities.

5. "Things will never get better."
- This pessimism makes it hard to see potential for change and improvement.
