Feedback from the teachers at Serra-" It was very interesting to understand and learn how we can help ourselves overcome stress at all levels. Being pre school teachers , it is very necessary for us to know and understand the value of patience. Some of us may be just people who don't handle stress of any kind too well and EFT as well as H 'oponopono helped us with the same. We have already begun using both and keep reminding each other to "tap" and "say the 4 magic lines" whenever we are surrounded by stressful situations. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Saraswathi Kumar for being such a wonderful guide. We look forward to more interactions like these. :) Thanks once again! Do you know that when you set off to buy crystals while you may think you are choosing the crystals, in truth the crystal chooses you. If a crystal does not want to be with you, the crystal mysteriously disappears or breaks. It simply means its journey with you has ended and that it is time for both to move on.
