Well, this is not a transformation pics or rather a before/after pic.
In fact, the picture you are able to see on the right side is my current pic (Clicked today)
And the Pic on the left side is 1 year ago.
The goal from here onwards is to get back to my previous body composition.
In the last 1 year due to some or other reason, I was not able to maintain consistency and the results are in front of you.
The reason for sharing this on social media is to maintain transparency with you guys.
Social media has a mixed reputation. You can get sucked in, focus on the negative and even start
comparing your experiences to those of your friends. But if you recognize that your friends have
bad days, too, and that the world is bigger than the latest political debate, social media can
actually be a powerful tool for improving your health, and that's the main reason for me to make this post today.
In case, if you are lacking motivation or are not able to stick to the plan, set a goal for yourself and post it publicly,
you're more likely to hit your target.
Please understand you are never perfect. All that we need to do is get back on track and start showing up
each and every day.
The main reason for most of the people to fail in this department is because they are not showing up consistently.
Always remember consistency is more important than perfection.
