"3 RECIPES WHICH TURNED MY ATTITUDE TO FOOD

We have returned from India and memories still remain. I brought you recipes from the chef from

1. CHICKEN SATE ( warming power )

What is needed:
· Chicken fillet 500 g
· Natural yogurt 200 ml
· Fresh ginger (grated) 1 lb.
· Turmeric 1 tsp.
· Ground coriander 1 tsp.
· Honey - 1 tsp.
· Lime/lemon juice - 2 tablespoons.
· Himalayan salt

What to do:
1. Slice the fillet in strips.
2. Mix yogurt, spices, honey and lime juice. Marinate the chicken in this sauce for 2 hours (can be overnight).
3. Lower on twigs and roast on the grill or in the oven until brownish. Why it works: Ginger and cumin “kindle” the digestive fire, turmeric relieves inflammation, and yogurt makes meat tender and easy to digest.

2. CREAM OF PUMPKIN SOUP

What is needed:
· Pumpkin 600 g
· Coconut milk 200 ml
· Onion 1 pc.
· 2 cloves of garlic
· Vegetable broth — 500 ml
· Coconut oil - 1 lb.
· Pumpkin seeds for serving

What to do:

1. Onion and garlic pass in coconut oil until tender.
2. Add cut pumpkin, turmeric, pour in the broth and cook until the pumpkin is ready.
3. Grind with a blender, pour coconut milk, add nutmeg and heat.
4. Pass by sprinkling pumpkin seeds. Why it works: Pumpkin and coconut milk soothe Vata-dosha (air), giving a sense of grounding, and turmeric cleanses the body at a cellular level.

3. LOCAL GRILLED FISH WITH VEGETABLES

For clarity of mind, lightness in the body and a surge of strength.

What is needed:
· Salmon steaks or any white fish 2 pcs.
· Zucchini 1 pc.
· Bell pepper 1 pc.
· Asparagus 100 g
· Olive oil 2 tablespoons.
· Lemon juice 2 tablespoons.
· Fresh dill, sea salt, black pepper

What to do:
1. Spray the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Cut the vegetables in large quantities, spray with oil.
3. Grill everything: first vegetables until tender, then fish 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh dill. Why it works: Fish is a source of pure protein and Omega-3s for clarity of mind, and grilled vegetables retain maximum benefits and provide energy, not weight.

"THE WEEDS AND THE GRAIN. WHY I CHOOSE ME

There are moments in life when you have to choose. Between someone else's "need" and my "want". Between money and soul. Between speed and depth.

I choose the depth.

The past few weeks have been a time of intense separation for me. Like a good gardener, I went through my garden and learned to distinguish the grain from the weeds.

W**d is what strangles growth. It's a rush when they tell you "time is against us". This is aggression disguised as business grip. These are promises of fast money for which you need to pay with your integrity.

A grain is a quiet but unbreakable voice inside. Who says go your way. Which reminds you that your uniqueness is not a flaw, but the main gift. Who whispers that only from the depths something real is born.

I'm giving up on everything that makes me run so fast that I stop hearing myself and you.

I'm getting back to my true self. To the mission of a guide.

My forte is not to "storm" the market. My power is to feel and hear. To hear from you. Hear the silence between the words. To help you find your true desires, not your imposed goals.

That's why I'm in India now. To cleanse yourself to become an even cleaner channel for you. And first of all for myself. To return with renewed strength and new tools for our deep work with you.

And the first thing I'm going to do when I come back is run my transformation games. Only for those who like me are tired of weeds and want to find their own grain.

It will be a space of trust, silence and breakthrough insights. Where we find your truest "want" and create a roadmap to it.

You know the feeling... when the plane touches the runway and something clicks in the chest?

It's like moving an invisible gauge inside. And you understand: that woman, who got on the plane a few hours ago, is not getting out of it. She stayed there, in her previous life, for thousands of kilometers.

I'm writing this from my room right now. Outside the window - the singing of unfamiliar birds and the air thick with the smells of spices and wet earth. The air that smells ... with other possibilities.

And as you read these lines, I want you to do one simple thought experiment.

Close your eyes. Take a breath.

And on the sigh... let it go.

Let go of that image of yourself that you have been so diligently carrying all these years. The image of the "strong". The look of “comfortable”. The “who always gets it right” look.

Feel what it feels like to stop being her for a moment.

Can you hear that? This is silence. Silence after a long war you have fought... by myself.

And now open your eyes. And know: what you felt now is just an echo. Echo of that silence and that complete peace for which I came here.

My retreat is not about "resting."
It's about reassembling yourself piece by piece. Like a puzzle, the details of which were out of place for decades.

Here, in the authentic practices of Panchakarma and ancient meditation, I will learn more than just "relax". I will learn to listen. To hear the whispers of my body, which I silenced for so long with the city noise. To hear the voice of my soul telling me the truth while I pretended I didn't understand.

It's a deep journey. To the wild, real, non-dependent version of ourselves we all once knew.
And I carry this experience with me. Right at ya.

Because the world is already full of "advice." But he desperately needs cards. Homecoming cards. To myself.
