Prolapse: After the age of 40 in women with normal delivery, the muscles of the uterus start to loosen and it starts coming out.

To prevent uterine prolapse, you have to take care of some things. such as -
1. Do regular kegel exercise for woman. It helps to strengthen the pelvic floor.
2. Do lower back strengthening yoga such as butterfly asana.
3. Eat foods rich in fiber.
4. Do not walk with the hips removed and wear slippers for this purpose.
5. Be more and more active.
