Who said diet healthy food is boring?

Ingredients -
1.1 TBSP OIL
2.DRY SPICES
3.3 GREEN CHILLIES
4.100 GRAMS CHOPPED ONIONS
4.100 GRAMS TOMATOES
5.2TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
6.200 GRAMS CHICKEN BREAST
7.SALT
8.1TBSP CORIANDER POWDER
9.1 TBSP TURMERIC POWDER
10. 1 TBSP KASHMIRI MIRCH

Method:
Take one table spoon oil in a container add all the dry spices now add green chillies, onion, ginger garlic paste and salt cook until onion gets soft and now add tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes and now add chicken breast, garam masala, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder.
Cook on medium heat and add water.
Cook for 15 minute and garnish with coriander leaves.

She is one of the hard-working person I've ever met.
She took the online personal training program and 12 week transformation package on 1 June 2021 and her weight was 56kg (in first picture) and now she is 53 kg in 5 aug 2021.
She cooked her own food while handling 9-5 job and right after her work she workout with me in virtual sessions.
So if you're a person who gives excuses that they don't have time for workout. Look at her progress.
