Treating doctor.
Yes the term we frequently uses .It means the doctor who is treating a particular patient .May be ADMO may be DG .May be basic grade mayne HAG .But to a patient that very doctor is his /her savior .There only compe tency ,knowledge ,surgical skill experience ,dicision making ability ,confidence that matters . Only a surgeon knew the pressure to close the abdomen, perfectly, after opening it .
Yes dayby day if desired his /her experience will increase , new new surgical skill will be learnt, seniors will try to share those with juniors ,but pl don't try to super power the treating doctor .At the same time a senior treating doctor should not hesitate to ask help from juniors if needed. As primary aim is early and full recovery of the patient.
So many time i saw in railway health service designation come in between and jeopardise every thing.trust and faith to the treating doctor by every superior ,be it same dept or other dept render a separate performance level and better output ,Which i will explain later post with some examples .Stay with me please .

Sunday opd is open or closed ? ,in all GH it is open in first half . And closed in 2nd half . if a hospital having 20/30 doctors opd is closed then how can a hu having one or two doctors and single phr .can open .
As per my knowledge goes to avoid post of RGPhr Sunday opd closed and phr was given rest on Sunday .
However Emergency is always open even station call is attending on Sunday .

Yes it is accepted universally that present IRMS doctors are better paid than past .but does the professional satisfaction depends only on salary .or does we giving output in comparison to good salary .or in other words our output increases now a days qualitatively and quantatively. Or we are going to become more referring doctor . Yes some selective centers are doing excellent works . But ??

Yesterday a beautiful order came from RB regarding transfer posting of officers, congratulations Our Res CRB Saheb and his team who took such a bold decision . Had it been came 5yrs ago ,I can save my mother ,a cancer stomach advanced and stage four on palliative treatment patient ,under Dr srikhande of TATACancer center Mumbai mother from my dept ,hayenas, to leave for some more days ,.
Also to save my class eleven bengali medium school student son ,to save his 2yrs career ,as i was posted force fully to Jmp ,where no bengali medium school was available. Ultimately after reposting to a bengali medium school place he succeeded in WB jee medical exam 2016 and now studying at a bottom ranked medical college of WB in 2/3 yr ( exam is running now , yesterday was pharmacology exam WBHU).
But 2013 to 2015 was list to him.
Who is responsible?

Why don't we think in other way,
For last 34 yrs> may be longer too ,he had spent in a service called IRMS, ran behind DRM,CMS ,PCMD ,GM, trade unions ,now at 62 yrage he had relinquished everything and just want a peaceful life and will examine patient ,spend time with children may be grand children too ,.he is within the system but not in a running mode.
It is difficult to relinquish power but happen in family ,one day you had to relinquish everything to son and daughter in law. Cannot we think it in that way.
