This mother had a previous cesarean delivery and also developed excess water around the baby (Polyhydramnios )and liver-related itching during pregnancy (a severe disease -cholestasis of pregnancy).
With careful monitoring and timely treatment, the delivery was completed safely, and both mother and baby are healthy.
Every pregnancy is different. High-risk cases need experience, planning, and close care to ensure the best outcome.
