Everyone has an opinion after a baby.
“Your weight has increased.”
“You were a yoga teacher—now you should take your own classes.”
“You’ve become fat.”
“You look like an aunty.”
I hear it all.
But honestly, I don’t care.
Right now, I am on mom duty.
I am raising a human being.
My days revolve around feeding, comforting, sleepless nights, and endless love.
I don’t have much time for myself—and that’s okay.
This phase is temporary.
My strength, my discipline, and my self-respect are permanent.
I will get back to myself—stronger, wiser, and more grounded.
Until then, I choose grace over guilt and purpose over pressure.
Because motherhood is not a pause in life.
It is powerful work.
