Aadhya Yogshala Yoga is not a work-out, it is a work-in. We offer structured classes that cover various styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga.

Join our ever specially designed retreats, where healing and connection begin Founder of Aadhya Yogshala, Abhi Krishna was born in the capital of India (Delhi) in traditional Brahman family. Since he was a young boy, he learnt a lot about Indian culture and spirituality from his Father and has loved to pray and chant mantras ever since. The wealth of Indian traditions he was raised with plays a significant role in his life to this day. Before starting his journey as a yoga teacher, he decided to complete his education and completed a bachelor's in computer and master's in public relationships. He always believes that to serve something nice we must be well educated so that we can understand the needs and requirements of our guests.

Later after completing his education, he started to practice yoga under the guidance of different Himalayan traditions masters, He completed his training 500 hours from yoga city Rishikesh. During the training he visited different yoga ashrams and met different masters who helped Abhi to start this journey as a yoga teacher. He began teaching yoga at retreat programs conducted by his gurus. With a strong desire to share this beautiful culture, tradition, and his knowledge with others, Abhi start Aadhya Yogshala, in 2017, Abhi believes that yoga is the only way to find peace in our busy lives.
