* In Ayurveda Shastra, buttermilk is compared with nectar. The power to throw out deadly substances inside the body is in buttermilk. It has the power to increase the body's anti-disease capabilities. Regular intake of buttermilk makes the body strong. *
* It is a matter of extreme importance that staying on buttermilk for 3 days completely without eating anything else is very beneficial. Panchakarma of your body is done automatically.
