In this short, we explore the four inner layers of meditation described by Patanjali in Yoga Sutra 1.17:
Vitarka, Vichara, Ananda and Asmita.
This is the journey of the mind as it moves from gross awareness → subtle awareness → inner joy → pure being.

This short helps you understand how meditation naturally deepens when you relax, observe and allow.
Samadhi is not something outside — it is a space already inside you.
