Despite our best efforts neck and shoulder pain has always gone hand in hand with sedentary jobs/lifestyles. A big reason for this is an individual's poor posture. Although seemingly harmless, your posture can largely dictate your physical health and wellbeing.
It's important to make a conscious effort in correcting your posture, avoiding a hunch, and regularly practicing effective spinal and neck-related exercises as shown in the video above.
