दुर्वासाना एक उन्नत योग मुद्रा है जिसमें एक पैर सिर के पीछे रखा जाता है तथा दूसरे पैर पर संतुलन बनाए रखते हुए खड़े होते हैं, तथा हाथ हृदय पर रखे जाते हैं। इसे 'सिर के पीछे पैर रखकर' मुद्रा के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, इसे प्राप्त करने और बनाए रखने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण शक्ति, अत्यधिक लचीलेपन और ध्यान की आवश्यकता होती है। इस आसन का नाम ऋषि दुर्वासा के नाम पर रखा गया है और यह अक्सर अनुशासन और नियंत्रण का प्रतीक है,
