With our in-house research and development, we have evolved alternative methods to create hydrosols and floral waters, on the fly.
The concept is add and Stir.... using Water Soluble Standardized Botanical Concentrate Drops- WSSBC ..

We grow and distill Rose Grass, which on fractionation and standardization, yields rhodinol ex rosegrass. This is standardized using gc to match the chemistry of Damask Rose.

Process and Attributes

Process involves steam distillation, fractionation (Under vacuum), Standardization on gcms (to match with Rosa Damascena).

5W series of ROSE-GRASS WSSBC IS THE IMPROVED VERSION- and has both, Flavor and Fragrance, simulating ROSE DAMASCENA PETALS.

Starting with the full spectrum extract, the hydrophilic part is fractionated and constituted in a desired ratio, so that 7 to 10 drops (potency is customizable !!) in 100 ml DM water creates a hydrosol, by stirring ... As simple...Always Fresh...No logistics of voluminous quantities...

Rose Grass Floral Waters, simulate ROSA DAMASCENA HYDROSOL in Chemistry.
It is thus, an excellent replacement for Rose Hydrosol, and an ideal ingredient for Skincare / cosmetic products.

Dosage
- 2 to 3 ml / kg of De-Mineralized or preferably, Distilled Water.
40 ml bottle is sufficient to create approx 15 to 20 kg hydrosol, matching Rose Damask Hydrosol/ Floral Water-- look at the convenience ... of miniaturization...

I write in connection with some research / experimentation that has been underway, to develop and evolve water soluble ROSE WATER CONCENTRATE.

The unique signature of Rose comes from markers like *LAEVO CITRONELLOL.*

Making Rose Water, on the fly, by adding and stirring the concentrated drops, is a new concept that allows customization at every step.

May it be the potency, or the volume, one can create as much as is needed, when needed, and as potent, as needed. Moreover, it is scale-able... replicable

The background work of the innovation involved a deep study of the lipophililic and hydrophilic fractions that get seperated as essential oil (immiscible in water) and hydrosol(floral water) which has a bit of oil in a colloidal state.

The concentrated drops provide a mechanism of dissolving the right quantity of essential oil in the right proportion (gcms standardization) to create a customized version of hydrosol ...
All this, just by simply adding a few drops and stirring...

*Rose Flavoured* jaggery is produced
by adding *Standardized Essential Oil* in a *lipophilic* medium, using the *infusion process...*

*Infusion is a 7 step* process comprising of following steps

Steam Distillation
Dehydration
Fractionation
Standardization

By the above process we create a customized
*Master Batch* with lipophilic phyto-dispersant....

You need to just add this at the following Dosage(s)

2 TABLE-SPOONS for 10 kg shakkar (about 10 to 15 ml)

2 TEASPOONS for 10 kg jaggery (about 5 to 8 ml)

It is to be added in the chak, just after its removed from the fire....
And
mixed well before the jaggery sets (cake or powder)

*Rose Oil* is known to be having the following medicinal properties-

Anti cancer
Anti viral
Anti bacterial
Anti fungal
Relaxant
Anti- depressant
Ant oxidant (thus helps preserve jaggery)

This is due to its chemistry..

Chemical compounds present in *rose oil* are: citronellol, geraniol, nerol and linalool
