Data Science for Biologists is a practical hands-on course on Transcriptomics, Genomics, and Metagenomics data analysis using Machine learning methods.
Project-oriented and the participants will have access to our educational (edu.t-bio.info) platform and our analytical (server.t-bio.info) platform to learn and perform the experiments. The following are some of the typical pipelines available at T-bioinfo platform and this will be covered during the 13-Online interactive workshops. The workshops will be held on 8PM-9PM IST on Tuesdays & Thursdays (Sep-Oct,19).
The practical sessions will be followed by a month-long (Nov) Big data bioinformatics team project, on an Independent or available project basis.

3 month program that will provide an in-depth overview of standard tools and data types when studying Next generation Sequencing (NGS) datasets in oncology, neuroscience and agriculture.

Each week, participants will meet online to discuss various aspects of NGS analysis and interpretation and work on independent projects throughout this course. This type of training is especially suitable for biologists, laboratory technicians and students that are interested in acquiring hands-on experience with commonly used bioinformatics methods. This type of short-term training is especially suitable for biologists, laboratory technicians and students that are interested in acquiring hands-on experience with commonly used bioinformatics methods.

In order to confirm your spot, kindly proceed and pay the registration fee of $45 per month at: https://edu.t-bio.info/fall-bioinformatics-training/

One of the primary challenges in processing RNA-seq data is in aligning it accurately to a reference genome and getting true values associated with biological variation. In this part of the workshop, we will review how subtle changes in our pipeline for read alignment and quantification will affect....
