The most common question which i get to hear from my clients is Why should I do it?
Let us count the whys! Exercise will help you lose fat, tone flab, strengthen muscles and bones, improve flexibility, keep your heart healthy, reduce risk of illness and disease, ward off the blues, keep your brain sharp, increase energy levels, boost your s*x drive and help you rock those skinny jeans. That last bit is totally superficial, but if that’s what motivates you to get up and boogie, so be it!

" I had a weight problem before pregnancy and have dealt with high blood pressure since I was 15. I figured this was the time to do everything I could to control it and be a good role model to my new daughter. I was really inactive before pregnancy but that changed drastically after having my baby. For the first three months, my daughter was really colicky, so I was up every two hours, constantly bouncing her around, moving all day and night. It's not so much that I was trying to be active, but my life was forcing me to be. I also decided to "de-convenience" my house, which forced me to move around more. I got rid of the first-floor diaper changing station, so I was always making lots of trips up and down the stairs.
My biggest challenge:
I was so afraid I wouldn't have time for the gym, but I found ways to make it work. My Sister in law and I took turns watching baby, For me, it wasn't that easy. So I decided to enrol under Rahul Singh which was probably the right decision I had taken. There was never a dull moment in this journey due to his constant support and encouragement.

Hello Everyone, I will be sharing 7 Days diet plan to quickly lose weight (upto 5 Kgs) for that perfect look boosting your confidence.
This Diet consists of Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy & Grains that you anyway consume in day to day Life- Just that the diet program organises the quantity and type of food to be taken on each day. I will be sharing diet for each day everyday for seven days.

Any side effects?

This exercise generates the third-most activity in your pecs, behind only the barbell bench press and flyes with the pec deck machine. Cable crossovers have a number of variations, including standing with your feet together or staggered; leaning forward deepens the challenge of each rep.

The cable crossover exercise targets your pectoralis major muscles' sternal heads, which are the muscles found in the bottom part of your chest. These muscles are often known as your lower pecs and contribute to shoulder and scapula movements on each side of your body. You use your pectoralis major muscles countless times each day for tasks such as pushing a stroller or a shopping cart.
