The journey of yoga started in Bangkok , each step was a big learning process ..lessons of life,evolution, understanding,letting go ,accepting,releasing, integrating and much much more.This journey has its own ups and downs but what becomes clear is our purpose of life ,the passion of life and the journey of life .This throwback pic reminds me of the Covid days when everything was online so we too moved to online sessions and the little kiddo took the mat too with me.
Thats what happens
That's evolution
As I integrated my learnings in my personal space i did face challenges but yoga teaches us to be consistent,dedicated & regular .It teaches us that no matter what we never stop.
We never sleep
We keep treading slow
We keep growing

My mini kitchen garden is giving us fresh greens every day now. We have spinach,tomato,dhaniya,methi,garlic greens,spring onion ,basil and radish greens.
The sheer pleasure and satisfaction of plucking a small leaf only and using it immediately knows no bound.
Thank God for small joys of life💚💚💚💚

Sharad Purnima 2025
The day goes in silence and reflection
And as the night approaches we need to recharge our crystals & our energy field,the kheer has to be left in the moonlight and our Moon Goddess Luna has to enjoy all the little details as we prepare for the night.

Tonite we need to cleanse our bodies & mind of all things negative and make way for a fresh wave of energy.Just sit in moonlight,close your eyes and just be.If tears roll down let them flow because what we humans cannot clear on our own the moon will do it for us today

Long post alert: My story
Not a chatgpt essay🙂

Urban Yogini is not just me.This is a well thought of lifestyle blending the Urban with the traditional and working towards a happier ,balanced and better version of yourself

When I thought of this name I knew fully well what all I would do,the wellness ,the healing,the guidance ,the message to be sent,the teachings and also how yoga ,mindfulness and being a happier version of yourself through simple means can make each day a better one for each of us.

Food,aroma,herbs,crystals,colors, flowers ,animals all go a long way in healing and balancing us and this is what my message has been to all those associated with me.Years of practise and healing has evolved me and also so many of mine associated with me that it makes the journey worthwhile.

A new path walked on always has its ups and downs and we give up when the going gets tough
I too experienced difficulties all along but the vision never faded and it gets stronger each day.

Being a mentor for all my yoginis,to being a spiritual guide for so many ,a yoga guru for all those who did sessions with me ,a reiki healer for the ones who needed medical and spiritual help,a sound healer to all those in deep distress ,a meditation teacher for my inner circle ..The journey has been worthwhile all along.

In this process a small part always loved the creation of my flower based beauty products and that too became a part of my journey.It took back stage when the seekers around me increased but it never stopped

Urban Yogini Skincare & Wellness is a a big reality now and we are proud to be re launching a whole new flower based,organic& herbal beauty and skincare range very soon
