On a remarkable day dedicated to the fight against drug abuse and illicit trafficking, the collaborative efforts of several esteemed organizations culminated in a highly successful event. The C-HAI, in association with ARVI Trust, Pannai College of Pharmacy, St. Antony's College of Arts and Science for Women, Vishwa Yuvak Kendra, Global Initiatives on Drug Prevention, and CHAI, orchestrated a Human Chain to raise awareness and promote prevention. The event began with a warm welcome address by Dr. P. Gokula Krishnan, followed by an inspiring speech from Dr. V. Ganesan. The highlight was the inauguration of the Human Chain by the honorable Mayor, Elamathi Jothiprakash. Special speakers, including CA. Dr. Pannai M. Karthikeyan and Rev. Dr. Mary Pramila Santhi, delivered impactful messages on the importance of drug prevention. The day saw active participation and heartfelt pledge readings led by Rev. Sr. Vanitha Jeya Rani. Organized meticulously by Dr. T. Ethiraj, Mrs. J. Rohini, and Mrs. Dr. D. Umapathi, the event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
