Reverse grip bench press dangerous hai?
Nahi.
Lekin uncontrolled reverse grip dangerous ho sakta hai.

Upper chest (clavicular head) activate hota hai jab:
β’ Shoulder slight incline angle me ho (β30Β° best)
β’ Movement me shoulder flexion + horizontal adduction ho
β’ Elbows 30β45Β° range me ho
β’ Wrist neutral ho (overextension nahi)
Problem kaha hoti hai?
Beginners me:
β’ Poor shoulder mobility
β’ Weak external rotation
β’ Wrist instability
β’ Scapular control weak
Agar aap supinated grip me heavy load dalte ho bina control ke,
to stress directly wrist, elbow aur anterior shoulder pe chala jata hai.
Reverse grip kharab nahi hai.
Poor mechanics kharab hai.
Machine pe controlled version beginners ke liye safer hota hai kyunki:
