ರೂ. ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾರ್ಡ್ ನಿಂದ 9.50 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ವಂಚನೆ
5. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 12 (ಪಂಜಾಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬಟರ್-17 ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಆರೋಪ ಹೊರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಸೆಕ್ಟರ್-ಲಾಲಿಯ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಆರೋಪಿ ಸರ್, ಮಗಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಚಾಲಕನಾಗಿ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ನಿವಾಸಿ ಹರ್ವಿಂದರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ತಮ್ಮ ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ತಂದೆಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಳವಾದ ಪರಿಣತಿ ಇದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ನಿಯುನಿಯನ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪಿಜಿಐ ಅನುಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಾಗ್ದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ
ಚಂಡೀಗಢ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 12 (PAL): ಪಿಜಿಐ ಆಡಳಿತದ ನಿರಂತರ ಗೈರುಹಾಜರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯುಟಿ ಚಂಡೀಗಢ ವಿಕಲಚೇತನರ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಗಂಭೀರ ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು ಪಿಜಿಐ ವಿಕಲಚೇತನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ದೂರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 26 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 9 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪಿಜಿಐ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಸೂಚನೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅನುಮತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಗಮನಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿತು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹಿಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ (ಜುಲೈ 10, 2025) ರೋಸ್ಟರ್ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಸಂಧು ಅವರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ 10,000 ರೂ. ದಂಡವನ್ನು ಠೇವಣಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪಾಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು 13 ಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 28 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಧು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ (DOPT) ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು DOPT ಗೆ ಏಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ಉತ್ತರವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ PGI ಗೆ ಕೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು (ಮೇ 5 ಮತ್ತು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 8) ಪಾಲಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗ ನಿಂದನೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಎರಡೂ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 13 ರಂದು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪಿಜಿಐ ವಕ್ತಾರರು ಈ ವಿಷಯವು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪಿಜಿಐ ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
Guard duped of Rs 9.50 lakh in name.12 September (Pariksh*t has been accused of cheating an employee working in Punjab in Sector-17 police station in the name of his job.
Harvinder Singh, a resident of Magard, told in his complaint that the accused, who was a resident of Bli and worked as a driver in Magard, used to come to his duty sector there and he talked to him.
He claimed that his father has deep connections in the departments and is the head of the department. He got convinced and promised a job to his son, to which he replied that he will get the son a job. Vandar Singh said that he had deceived other people by promising him a job.
The disabled commission expressed displeasure over the absence of PGI
The UT Chandigarh Commissioner for Disabilities Court has expressed serious concern over the continuous absence and non-compliance of orders of the PGI administration. The case pertains to complaints filed by the PGI Differently Abled Persons Union. In case number 26, the court noted that during the hearing on September 9, the PGI Director did not appear without notice or permission.
The court warned the institute to attend the next hearing. Apart from this, the court recorded that despite the previous order (10 July 2025), the roster register was not presented nor the fine of Rs 10,000, which was related to the appointment of GS Sandhu, was deposited. The court directed to comply immediately and the hearing was scheduled for 13
Reprimanded for not following orders
The court has fixed the date for October. In case number 28, the court said that Sandhu's appointment as consultant is in violation of the instructions of the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT). PGI has been asked to give a written reply as to why the matter should not be sent to DOPT for disciplinary action.
The Commissioner also commented
That due to non-compliance of the orders (5 May and 8 August) the matter can be referred to the High Court for contempt proceedings. Both the cases will now be heard on 13 October. The PGI spokesperson said that the matter is currently sub-judice, so the PGI cannot comment at this time.
