We offer a 7-day return policy on undamaged packages. We offer upto 18% discount on unstocked medicines to rearrange again for patients. (There are some prescribed medicines where 22% discount is not available)
Discount on OTC products are not fixed. We charge ₹25 for home delivery if the order value is below ₹1500
We charge ₹50 at the time of pick up if there is a return of product.
