Bend your body consciously..... This posture looks so hard that it seems to be rubber body pose. But as we all know consistency and your hardwork can make anything possible. So, this pose is one among the pose which are beneficial for both mind and body.
The main feature of this pose is the namastey mudra at the end over the back, which is not commonly practiced. But this is the most appreciated complete pose.
