ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯಕ್ರಿಯಾ! Surya Kriya in Kannada!

Surya Kriya activates the system and balances a person's energies, leading to the stabilty of the body and stillness of the Mind - Sadhguru.

ಸೂರ್ಯಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಜೀವವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಜೀವಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮತೋಲನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಹದ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ನಿಶ್ಚಲತೆಗೆ ದಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ - ಸದ್ಗುರು. One major feedback we got for our first Surya Kriya class was it would be better if we would have taught it in Kannada. So our next two classes that happened were in Kannada.
It's always a delight to see how many participants share how he/she was introduced to Sadhguru and Isha and their perspective about life and thinking changed after listening to Sadhguru.

Classes will happen both in Kannada and English according to the needs of participants 😊

ನಮ್ಮ‌ ಮೊದಲ‌ ಸೂರ್ಯಕ್ರಿಯಾ ತರಗತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಂದ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ/ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರಗಳೆಂದರೆ, ನೀವಿದನ್ನು‌ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಸಿದರೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿನ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ.
ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದವರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವರು ಸದ್ಗುರು ಮತ್ತು ಈಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯ ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಸದ್ಗುರುಗಳ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಜೀವನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರ ನಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಆಲೋಚನಾ ಕ್ರಮ ಹೇಗೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು‌ ಕೇಳುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದ ವಿಚಾರ.
ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತವೆ.😊
