After a long time.. one more CRT-D.. 45yrs male with DOE IV , having orthorpnea, PND,, Complete LBBB with EF =10-15% , QRS 160 ms, Multiple admissios, on max optimal medical therapy,. Post implantation pt symptoms relieved, can now walk for 15 min without dyspnoea, QRS 118 ms, EF- 25-30 %

Procedure went smooth and PT hemodynamically stable on discharge..

After a long time did ASD DEVICE CLOSURE.. A 47yrs female came with C/O dyspnoea and palpitations since 2-3 months, ecg showed Incomplete RBBB, echo showed large OS-ASD L-> R Shunt with RA/RV dilation,.. TEE (Transeosophasial echo) done showed all margins adequate, and adviced ASD DEVICE CLOSURE,.. Procedure done without complications n pt stable n now discharged..
