SIDWIN FABRIC has install PP SPUN BOND NON WOVEN FABRIC machine with DOUBLE BEAM technology known as “SS Line”. The product is more efficient, high tensile strength and long durable than single beam S line. Equipment: We have installed latest technology spun bonded production machines of 3.2mtr width SS Line with capacity of 4500 tons per annum. We have latest offline Chemical coating plant for various treatment like Hydrophilic, Hydrophobic, Fire retardant, antistatic & many more. Weight range: we have range starting from 9gsm to 250gsm according to customer need. Width & Length: we have in-house slitting facilities which provide 50mm to 3200mm range of cutting according to customer need. We also provide in-house Sheet-cut Facilities as per customer need
Colour: Regular color include White, Black, Medical Blue, Sea Green, Beige, S.Grey, Red, Navy Blue, Etc. We also accept the PANTONE shade card colour as per customer need. Laboratory: Sidwin has established its own laboratory which encompasses lab technician and engineers etc. our lab staff keep exploring and inventing new things to enhance customer experience. We have also in-house testing equipment like GSM, TENSILE strength, & stiffness check etc. Raw Material: We choose our suppliers for our raw material with due diligence, we have set high standards for choosing our suppliers, we don’t approve the raw material if it doesn’t meet client’s requirement. We have simplified the whole process of production using most advance technology. Our team has been driven in such a manner that they check each stage of production from raw material to finished products


We have taken imperative steps so far as technical aspects of manufacturing non woven fabrics are concerned. We are moderately open for adopting different machinery, technology, methodology and concepts. We have imported good amount of technology and machinery from different parts of the world which are necessary to produce pp non-woven fabrics.

The operation of Hydrophilic treatment is Off line system so we can manage it as per quality required by clients and it is latest technology with latest operational system to obtain high quality standard.
