​💪 Supercharge Your Bones with this Indian Style Ragi Banana Smoothie! 🍌
​This isn't just a snack; it's a powerful calcium boost thanks to Ragi (Finger Millet), making it perfect for strong bones and sustained energy. Save this recipe!
​Ingredients:
​1/4 cup Ragi/Finger Millet Flour (roasted or malted)
​1 ripe Banana (adds natural sweetness)
​1 cup Milk (Dairy or non-dairy like Almond/Oat)
​2-3 Dates or 1 tsp Jaggery/Honey (for extra sweetness)
​1/2 tsp Cardamom powder or 1/4 tsp Ginger powder (optional, for flavor)
​4-5 Almonds (soaked for extra benefits)
​Instructions:
​Prep: If using raw Ragi flour, lightly roast it in a pan until fragrant, then let it cool.
