Studies have shown that engaging in group activities tailored towards physical fitness can bring down the risk and prevalence of mental illness, social anxiety and of course, help one maintain or attain a healthy state of body and mind.
Transformation is an integral part of my teachings, both at the individual and collective level. Guidance is provided in a manner which is apt to the individual via personal sessions, whereas group classes will follow a specific theme and style, allied to the traditional formats of Hatha, Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga etc. while maintaining touch with modern forms of physical engagement.
