DR. J. PARTHIBAN
MBBS, D. Ortho

A well known name in the field of orthopaedics, Dr. J. Parthiban completed his MBBS in 1998, followed by D. Ortho from Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute, Chennai. His academic excellence was awarded with the Mathu Sri Masillamani Ammal Gold Medal. He underwent training in hand surgery, paediatric orthopaedics and rehabilitation at Kilpauk Medical College. With always a penchant to learn more, Dr. Parthiban travelled to Seychelles. He did his M.S.Ortho at the American Institute of Medicine, University of Seychelles. This was followed by training in foot and ankle at Duke University, North Carolina under Dr. Selene Parekh. Dr. Parthiban has done fellowships from Bürgerspital Orthopaedic Clinic, Switzerland under Dr. Med. Daniel Weber, Nagoya University Hospital, Japan under Prof. Naoki Ishiguro and Associate Prof Yukihiro Matsuyama, and Kantonsspital Baselland, Switzerland under Prof. Dr. Beat Hintermann. His main interest is in the field of foot and ankle surgery and he is a consultant surgeon in this field at Soundarapandian Bone and Joint Hospital & Research Institute. He formerly worked as Registrar in Orthopaedics at Apollo Hospitals. Dr. Parthiban is well trained in the management of complicated trauma and familiar with all AO procedures and products. He is passionate about his work and is constantly learning and teaching, contributing to the field of orthopaedics. DR. M.P. JEYAPAUL

A veteran in the field of paediatrics Dr. M.P. Jeyapaul has completed 35 years of government service in various faculties. The former director and superintendent of Institute of Child Health and Hospital for Children, Egmore, Dr. Jeyapaul is the professor of paediatrics at Madras Medical College. He was awarded the fellowship of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics in 2001, He served as the President of the TN chapter IAP in 2003 and was Building Committee Chairman in 2004-05. An active participant of PEDICON, he was the Organising Chairman of Mamalla Pedicon 2016. DR. A, SIVAKUMAR

Managing Director of Desire Aesthetics, Dr. Sivakumar is a Consultant Plastic, Cosmetic, Hand & Reconstructive Surgeon. He has several years of reconstructive surgery experience, performing emergency and elective procedures especially for hand injuries, cancer resections and burns. He has worked in the Department of Burns at the Kilpauk Medical College Hospital and as a consulting cosmetic surgeon at RIGHT Hospitals in Chennai. He has served as consultant surgeon at various well known hospitals in Chennai. Dr. Sivakumar is an alumnus of the Institute of Research and Rehabilitation of Hand, Dept. of Plastic Surgery, Stanley Medical College, Chennai and the Coimbatore Medical College. He was honoured with the Best Doctor Award from The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University in 2013 during its Silver Jubilee Celebrations.
