Nepali Chukauni πŸ’šπŸ’›

Delicious combo of rice & curd

Ingredients-

Curd- 200gm
Boiled potato- 1 in no
Onion- 1 in no
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Coriander leaves- for garnish
Mustard oil- 1/2 tsp
Jeera & Rai- for tempering

Method-

- In a bowl add curd, boiled potato, onion, red chilli powder, salt & coriander leaves.
- Prepare a tempering of mustard oil, jeera & rai
- Add tempering to a curd mixture.
- Enjoy delicious chukauni with rice 🍚 πŸ˜‹
