One book that opened my eyes was “How Not to Hate Your Husband After Having Kids” by Jancee Dunn — highly recommend it if you’ve ever felt unseen or unsupported. 💛

From being mocked to being marketed — here’s how our culture became the world’s obsession.

They mocked it.
They called it dirty, weird, primitive, unscientific.
And now… they’re selling it back to us.
Rebranded. Overpriced. Trendy.

From eating with our hands to applying haldi on our skin — these traditions were never “fashion statements” for us.
They were our way of life.
Our culture. Our roots.

I’m glad the world is finally embracing them.
I just hope we never forget where they came from ❤️
