Yesterday, I had a date with my daughter. We went shopping, drove around in the car, and laughed together, finally deciding to have lunch at a cozy hotel. As we settled at our table and ordered our food, I noticed a group of elderly ladies nearby, deeply engrossed in their conversation.

One lady, who seemed around 60, said to another, who looked about 65, “I never skip my meals to take my medication on time and avoid any health issues.” Hearing that, I felt a sense of admiration for her dedication to her health even at this age. It was a touching reminder of the importance of self-care.

As I played with my daughter and enjoyed our meal, my eyes wandered back to the elderly ladies’ table. To my surprise, I saw it was covered with junk food, sugary sodas, and juices. Suddenly, a thought struck me deeply: Are we eating food to take our medication, or are we taking medication because of the food that made us sick in the first place?

This realization hit me hard. It’s heart-breaking to think that our inactive lifestyles and poor food choices are making us more vulnerable to diseases and illness. Are we truly caring for our bodies, or are we punishing them just to satisfy our taste buds?

We need to cherish our health and make conscious decisions about what we consume. Life is precious, and taking care of ourselves should be our top priority. Our bodies deserve better than being subjected to unhealthy habits that lead to a cycle of illness and medication.

As I looked at my daughter, I knew I wanted to set the best example for her. I want her to grow up valuing her health and making choices that nurture her body and soul. Let’s all strive to live healthier lives, for ourselves and for our loved ones.

One afternoon, as my daughter and I were enjoying a wholesome meal, a friend joined us and noticed we weren’t having cake for dessert. Curiously, they asked, “Why aren’t you having any cake?”

Smiling, I decided to share a story that had become important to me.

“Let me tell you something I’ve learned,” I began, looking at my daughter with love. “Once upon a time, I realized that while we would never keep junk in our home, we often put junk into our bodies. It struck me as quite contradictory. Our bodies are these magnificent machines, created by the universe, designed with millions of functions working in perfect harmony. They deserve the best, just like our home does.”

My friend listened intently as I continued. “When I understood this, I decided to change. I started choosing real, wholesome foods over unhealthy, processed options. I realized that proper nutrition was the key to keeping our internal machine running smoothly. Every bite of nutritious food we take is like giving our body the finest fuel, allowing it to function at its best.”

I took a moment, then added, “Since making these changes, I’ve felt more energetic, my thoughts are clearer, and my overall well-being has improved. Unhealthy junk disrupts our body’s natural processes and can lead to diseases. But now, with every mindful choice, we’re nurturing our bodies, giving them the care they truly deserve.”

I looked at my friend and said, “That’s why I always think twice before putting anything in my mouth. While we can change the food we eat, we cannot replace our bodies. By choosing nourishing foods, we honor this gift and ensure our internal machines run smoothly for years to come.”

My daughter, listening to the story, smiled and took another bite of her healthy meal. “We have the power to make choices that enhance our health and happiness,” I concluded. “Let’s cherish our bodies and give them the best fuel possible, for a healthier, happier life.”

Birthdays give everyone a day to feel special.
Many cultures say that your birthday is more than just a special day of the year.

On this Special Day Of my life I was thanking mighty God for blessing me with such a beautiful & precious life.

Also, I asked him that how can I make my life more beautiful?

He replied Dear Mayank, You have asked an intelligent question but let me answer you this by asking few more questions. Are you ready for it?

And with my full energy I said I am ready Mighty God!

With a big smile on his face he asked me the first question,
Mayank, “what is the most expensive thing you have in your life which can’t be replaceable with any other thing and which cannot be bought ?”

I paused for a minute and I replied “it is my body my dear God!”

To which he said “Very good Mayank,
It is the greatest creation of Universe which is irreplaceable.”

After my answer he asked his second question
“Ok now tell me, what all things are Destroying this miracle of universe (I.e. Human Body)?”

I replied after a deep thought “it is diseases, disorder and mental illness ?”

God laugh and said “You know the answer Mayank and now you also know How to make your life more beautiful.”

“You should give right fuel to your Vehicle (i.e. Your food)
You should ride your vehicle regularly (i.e. Your Physical activity)
You should give rest to your vehicle (i.e. Mental, physical, emotional rest)

After this beautiful conversation God just Vanished into thin air.

And I Opened my Eyes
