When we do our retreats, many asks us what we do? Is it dance of happiness, we feel happy when we dance and so forth.
But no, what we is is called ‘Therapeutic Dance’ , where we learn about using our body to listen, absorb, feel, react and respond.
Without any words, we realize that our body is already doing that in everyday life but we don’t know about it.
Our body gives us solutions and replies, we need to learn to listen to our body.

This man in a Nepali guy living in and selling water bottles. During recent floods many trees around the ghat area lost their base mud, many washed off. He is going around and strengthening their roots giving more mud and surrounding with stone barricades.
Did the tree barely holding on to its roots expect this guy to show up?
What is he getting by doing this?
