On 31st Oct & 1st Nov. RCP PHOENIX successfully hosted a District Event "Pre PELs". It's a first training event for all Presidents Elect in Rotary District 3131 for RY 2026-27.

The event took place at Hotel IKSHANA, Khandala. About 170 attendies had registered for this event. PRID Rtn. N. Subramanian was the Chief Guest for this event. PDG Mohan Palesha, PDG Palekar, PDG Pankaj Shah, PDG Dr. Anil Parmar, PDG Manjoor Phadake, IPDG Sh*tal Shah, DG Santosh Marathe, DG Elect Nitin Dhamale, DGN Charu Shrotri & other district officers also present for this event, who have conducted various sessions.

After plenary session, various breakout sessions have taken place, including various activities. Dr. Sameer Dolare was the Convenor of this successful event. This event put another feather in the cap of RCP PHOENIX.

Our club has been doing this Paediatric Heart Surgery project successfully since last year.

Synergy clubs and District directors supported the initiative in large numbers and holding our hands to make it a Grand Success.

As a synergy activity. RCP PHOENIX had organised NATYACHATA COMPITITIONS on 13th September. Prize Distribution of the same was held at the hands of Renowned Marathi Writer Dr. Vandana Bokil on 14th September. AG. Vaishali Varnrkar was also present for this event. There were three groups for these competitions. Upon successful completion of this, another landmark event of the year took place.

This year, the NATYACHATA COMPETITIONS have been taken place on 13th September at Hire High School, Pune. Total 86 participants took part in these competitions. Mr. Devendra Bhide, Mr. Pradeep Phatak, Smt. Ashwini Thorat & Smt. Ketaki Pandit did a best job as an examiners.

On Monday, 24th August, RCP PHOENIX carried out the project of Tree Plantation at Yerawada Open Jail. This project has been done under the guidance of Environment Team of District 3131. DG Santosh Marathe was the chief Guest for this program. Additional Director General of Police & Inspector General Prison Dr. Suhas Warke was also present as Guest of Honour. About 100 different saplings have been planted. President Madhav & President Dr. Gauri Joshi of RCP Westside were also present. Club members Rtn. Pradnya Dange, Rtn. Veena Nagarkar, Rtn. Aalok Deshpande, Rtn. Swati Kumthekar, Ann Urvi Deshpande were also present. This was first project of club in RY 2025-26 in environment sector.

Today, a very amazing activity carried out by RCP PHOENIX. It was Ganapati Idole making workshop conducted at Maharashtriya Mandal English Medium Pre-primary and Primary School Mukund Nagar, Pune. Preeti Kadge conducted this workshop. About 70 students of 3rd & 4th Std.enjoyed the same. Rtn. Nitin Mulay & Rtn. Harshada Deshpande took efforts for this successful workshop. President Madhav & Secretary Madhur were present for me same. Club could do this event only because of great support by Principal Aditi Lomate.

Today the members of RCP PHOENIX celebreated Independence day at Co -operative Court, Pune with Hon'ble Judges of Co-operative Courts. Industrial Courts & Labour Courts. The flag hoisting was done at the hands of Hon'ble Judge, Cooperative Appellate Court Smt. Vaishali Kulkarni. Thereafter, a lecture of senior scientist from DRDO Dr. S. E. Talole was organised. Dr. Talole was felicitated by President Rtn. Madhav & President, CLPA Adv. Ashwini. Dr. Talole explained the important role of DRDO in OPERATION SINDOOR. He gave information about various missiles AGNI, BRAHMOS etc. Everyone present was astonished by the speech of Dr. Talole. President Rtn. Madhav gave vote of thanks & one more synergy meeting of the club with THE COOPERATIVE LAW PRACTITIONERS ASSOCIATION, PUNE completed successfully.
