There are multiple breathing techniques to relax your mind.

One of the simplest to sleep better at night is 4-7-8 method. Follow these simple steps:

1. Close your mouth and quietly inhale through your nose to a mental count of four.
2. Hold your breath for a count of seven.
3. Exhale through your mouth, making a whoosh sound for a count of eight.

Repeat this 5 times or as many times as you’d like.
