Recuperating from an angioplasty, I was put on tons of medicines and had gained a lot of weight. The prescribed medicines were playing havoc with my health and led to an imbalance in my body. A friend of mine recommended Sapna ji to me and I jumped at the opportunity to not only loose weight but also have a nutritionally balanced diet. Sapna ji did not only put me on a very easy diet that included both regular homemade food and free meals, she also counselled me on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. She taught me how to destress, control what I eat and guided me towards a fitter life.
Keeping in mind all my medical issues, Sapna ji advised me to take up Yoga to expose my body to exercise and also for eliminating stress.
I started off on a 12 week programme, losing 1 kg a week; within these 12 months I lost 12 kgs and went from an initial weight of 75 kgs to 62 kgs. I have lost 4 sizes in clothing and can't be more glad.
I am now on the maintenance plan, where Sapna ji is guiding me on how to self-control my meals and continue a healthy living.
I cannot thank Sapna ji and Diet Quotient enough for helping me with my weight and lifestyle.
