नमस्कार दोस्तों
ठंड बहुत ज्यादा हो रही है तो कृपया आप सब अपना और अपने घर वालों का ,खासतौर से बच्चों और बुजुर्गों का ख्याल रखें।
ठंड का मौसम खाने पीने के लिए तो उम्दा है परंतु बीमारियों के लिए भी त्यौहार सरीखा होता है,
इस मौसम में गठिया बात की बीमारी बुजुर्गों में बढ़ जाती है साथ ही साथ जरा सी लापरवाही से निमोनिया जैसी खतरनाक बीमारी भी हमला कर सकती है।
सावधानी ही उपाय है।
वैसे भी पिछले 2 सालों से हम सब हर सर्दी के मौसम में कोविड-19 बीमारी का सामना कर रहे हैं जिसका खतरा अब तक टाला नहीं है ।

हमारी और हमारे परिवार की सुरक्षा के उत्तरदायी हम स्वयं है। अगर हम अपना सही तरीके से बचा रखेंगे तो किसी को भी डरने की जरूरत नहीं है।
अपना टीकाकरण पूरा करवाएं,
बाहर निकलने पर मास्क जरूर लगाएं।

लोगों से मिलना जुलना, भीड़भाड़ ,समारोह ,पार्टी इन सब से जितना हो सके उतना दूरी बनाए रखें ।

तो अब यह हमारा कर्तव्य है कि हम तीसरी लहर को आने से रोके,
अगर हम में से हर एक पूरी सावधानी और सुरक्षा के साथ अपना और अपने परिवार का तथा अपने समाज का बचाव करेगा, जानकारी फैलाएगा, जागरूकता बढाएगा तो तीसरी लहर ,बहुत मुमकिन है, कि कमजोर ही रहे और हम सब स्वस्थ रहें।
