Vedolizumab binds alpha 4 beta 7 integrin and inhibit adhesion to MAdCAM1.

Vedolizumab inhibit migration of both naive and activated Lymphocytes in gut associated lymphoid tissue and lamina propria.

Dose :300 mg
At 0, 2 weeks and 6 weeks

Current use : Steroid refractory GVHD
