Hi! As promised, sharing a checklist of foods that can help you stay healthy while enjoying the rains.. 🌧
As much as we want the rains to come, we can’t ignore the fact that it can bring numerous air-borne, water-borne diseases like flu, cold, typhoid, dysentery, diarrhea.
Taking care is of utmost importance and while we do it, there are certain foods that can help us to fight or prevent these diseases to some extent.
These foods are a powerhouse of nutrients, antioxidants. Add it to in the meals , soups or the Masala chai and enjoy the season!

We all are going through tough times of this Pandemic, and staying safe at home is the top priority right now.
But Staying home/working from home also comes with less Physical Activity/Disturbed Meal schedules. Managing weight has also been quite a lot challenging.
So how do we tackle this?
Well, we are happy to say that we have a solution for this!

are bitter in taste unlike the regular chocolate that we eat. But they have a lot of nutritional benefits.
They are :
