This patient from MADHYAMGRAM, KOLKATA, is one of my most reliable and honest patients, who, at the age of 25, is experiencing this issue and dandruff, and has reached this stage. He has a strong family history of baldness and has tried various treatments and measures locally, but unfortunately, without success. A patient of mine from BOLPUR, BIRBHUM, WB, who has been under my care since August 2024, has demonstrated this understanding at the age of 23. After undergoing six months of treatment, she continued for another year, recognizing the difference between advertised claims and reality. Presently, her hair fall is under control, although this was not the primary concern. She is aware that a daily hair loss of 50-100 strands is considered medically normal. This disease is primarily related to hormonal imbalances leading to hair thinning.
