I urge everyone please come and talk if you are dealing with something. The doors are always open. Fighting depression isn’t easy. It stays within. It is very hard to understand and talk to someone but please please try to talk and seek professional help.
Even if you see someone is not okay talk to them
Bring them to us if you think they need help.
Depression not only affects mental health but physical health too.
It is as important to deal with depression like the physical illness.
Saying - Don’t worry you will get over it-
Doesn’t help.
Saying- it’s okay if it is bothering you let’s talk about it matters! This will help!
Please please talk!
Mental health is very important and seeking professional help if you are not okay is absolutely fine!
