Shoonya Living is hosting a 3- day Pranayama & Meditation workshop, conducted by our expert Shashi Kumar, that welcomes all ages!

Release yourself from the pressures of being liked, followed, shared, as we learn the art of breathing
and various other aspects such as;

* Use of asana breath and pranayama to increase the Pranic flow
* Nature of the four different parts of the breath
* Application of mantras in pranayama and meditation
* Yogic anatomy including nadia and chakras and its relation in meditation and pranayama
* Practical, theoretical and Philosophical understanding of three different types of meditation.

"Practice what you preach, and preach what you practice!" is the mantra Dr Neerav Jhaveri lives by. "I've observed the benefits of asanas and pranayama," says the doctor, insisting it should be 'second nature', a "basic, mandatory and primary requirement of life”.

Elaborating on the benefits of yoga, he explains that yoga and pranayama during the lockdown gave a boost to the body’s immune system by improving oxygenation to the upper respiratory tract as well as the brain and other body parts.

No better way to say healthy, we'd say.
