चमकी बुखार :-ईंसफेलाईटिस

चमकी बुखार से बच्चो को बचाने के लिऐ बच्चो को
1- धुप से दुर रखे।
2-अधिक से अधिक पानी का सेवन कराये।
3-हलका साधारण खाना खिलाये ,बच्चो को जंक फुड से दुर रखे।
4-खाली पेट लीची ना खिलाये।
5-रात को खाने के बाद थोड़ा मीठा ज़रूर खिलाये।
6-घर के आसपास पानी जमा न होने दे ।कीटनाशक दवाओ का छिड़काव करे।
7-रात को सोते समय मच्रछ दानी का ईस्तेमाल करे ।
8- पुरे बदन का कपड़ा पहनाये।
9-सड़े गले फल का सेवन ना कराये ।ताज़ा फल ही खीलाये।
10- बच्चो के शरीर मे पानी की कमी ना होने दें।अधिक से अधिक बच्चो को पानी पीलाये ।

लक्षण :-

बच्चो को -
1-अचानक तेज बुखार आना।
2-हाथ पैर मे अकड़ आना/टाईट हो जाना ।
3-बेहोश हो जाना।
4-बच्चो के शरीर का चमकना/शरीर का कांपना ।
5-शरीर पर चकत्ता निकलना ।
6-गुलकोज़ का शरीर मे कम हो जाना ।
7-शुगर कम हो जाना। इत्यादि

यह बीमारी 10 साल तक के बच्चो को अधिक अटैक कर रहा है। आप अपने बच्चो का पुरा ध्यान रखे ,कोई भी लक्षण नज़र आये तो शीघ्र अस्पताल पहुचे / डाक्टर से संर्पक करे।
