Adapting to the new normal"
Today the DENTAL BAY team conducted a virtual dental visit for the DVM SCHOOL kids ,babulnath.
We made a presentation of slides and explained them healthy and junk food and how to take care of your teeth and most importantly how to brush your teeth.
Few fun worksheets and activities were also carried out to keep the children hooked and active through the session.
We have to educate the children about dental hygiene.
So glad to receive a heartfelt feeback from the teachers expressing their grattitude.

Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic dental technique to improve your oral health and regular health also.(known as " "GUNDUSHA")

Take 1 tablespoon coconut oil ( available at home) in your mouth and swish it around for 10-15 minutes daily on empty stomach and then rinse it out .
(PS-Coconut oil is easily available in these quarantine times at home so do not panic.)
